Processing Time

When you place your order, we begin preparing and packaging your items as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 5 business days. This duration is known as “processing time”.

Ordering Multiple Products

We ship our products from different warehouses around the world, and always do our best to ship your items from the closest warehouse to your location. If you order multiple products they may arrive in different packages and at different times.

If your country has not been listed and you are interested in any of our products feel free to Contact Us us and we will see if we can arrange a shipment to your location.

Please keep in mind that there may be a few day delay during the processing stage of your order. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 days after purchase. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 5 business days.

Begin by locating which product you wish to purchase. Then, select your desired variations on the right of the product. Choose the quantity by pressing either the plus or minus button and finish by pressing the Add to cart button. Once you add the product to your cart, a green confirmation message box will appear. You can now either press View cart on the right of the message, Or click on the Your Cart button at the top right of your page and press View basket.

Now that you are in your basket, you can apply a coupon code if you have one. If you don’t, you can sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of the page and receive 10% of your first purchase. Now, you need to choose a shipping method by first entering your country. To do this, select the Calculate shipping button and choose your country. If you cant find your country, this means that we unfortunately do not ship to your location.

Once you input your location, select a shipping method if you have the option between free and expedited shipping. If you only have the free shipping option, it is fine and you can continue by pressing the Proceed to checkout button. Now, enter your billing details and any additional notes regarding the purchase in the Order notes section and the bottom. You can view your order details for the final time and now enter your card details via our secure Stripe gateway.

Agree to and select the terms and conditions button and if you haven’t already joined our newsletter by selecting it. Lastly, press the Place order button and wait a few seconds for the page to load. You will be greeted by a green confirmation box at the top of the page and a list of all your order details which are all accessible on the Orders section Your account.

Click on My Account at the top of the page, then click on Orders. Now you can view all your orders, including the date you made your purchase and for how much. Plus you can view the status of your order, whether it has been processed or is still on hold. Moreover, you can also see if any comments have been made regarding your order by selecting the View button under Actions.

Locate the email you received when you made your purchase, within it should be a tracking number. Once you enter the number on the corresponding website, you should be able to view the location of your package.

We do not have any order cancelation guarantee. However, to increases your chances of a cancelation please Contact Us us as soon as possible. If your response is any later then 1 hour after your purchase then it is very likely that your order has already been shipped. As we take pride and do our best to ship out products as quickly as possible, to shorten shipping times.

Yes, and you can either create an account before or during your purchase. The reason we ensure you have an account before purchasing is for a number of reasons. Firstly, you can much more easily keep track of your orders and necessary numbers and information in your account area. Secondly, you have the option to store your information safely with us so you are able to speed your way through checkout for any additional purchases.
